1.2 "Affiliate" refers to the individual or entity participating in the Company's affiliate program.

2. Appointment

2.1 The Company appoints the Affiliate as a non-exclusive affiliate partner to promote the Company's funnel templates and related products/services.

2.2 The Affiliate accepts the appointment and agrees to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

3. Affiliate's Responsibilities

3.1 The Affiliate shall promote the Company's funnel templates in a professional manner consistent with the Company's branding guidelines.

3.2 The Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.

3.3 The Affiliate shall abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing affiliate marketing activities.

4. Commissions

7. Confidentiality

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

8.2 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.
